Ok based on what I have read so far these are definetely springtails and supposedly do not hurt your plants and are a sign of healthy soils or medium. I switched to 4" rockwool cubes under 1000 hid mh and have removed all dirt from the area.
Now the little bastards are eating the moss on the cubes and are thriving better than ever.
Does anyone know true facts on how to get rid of them? No chemical solutions please.
Has anyone successfully used Nematodes to control these or eliminate them?
Has anyone successfully used HYPOASPIS MILES
(Predator) to eliminate them? See predator pic below
Thanks in advance
