Spring tails or termites?

Was going to use my old soil just sitting around in some pots outside, dumped them all into tubs and the last pot had all these little white bugs in it. It was the only pot that had wet soil because it didn't have any drain holes

Can you give a size reference on them? I can't really tell from the pictures, but if they are about an inch long+ they may be cotton wood borers. Just a wild guess. That's kind of what they look like.

I used a app that's suppose to identify bugs by taking a picture, it came back and said subterrian termites. They are about a 1/4 of a long grain of white rice. All white bodies. I had four pots sitting in the yard that had nothing in them, three looked fine from what I could tell but the last one had wet soil in the bottom and these dam things. I was gong to try and recycle all the old soil for a hempy bucket but it looks like now I have to just dump it.

I have a suggestion. Put the soil in black plastic bags and let the sun cook it for a while. That should fry your termites.
