Spraying Plants

I dont do it... never seemed neccessary to me... I have sprayed neem oil (for pests) on the plants.. but I am assuming that you are asking about foliar feeding.

I think people who spray their plants like the extra work.. they like a more hands on approach to their grow... it makes them feel like they are doing something to "HELP" the grow...

It is very very possible to dial a system so that it nly requires minor watering (inlcuding pH monitoring)

cheers

Only folliar feed if your really need to like if your plants have got some sort of def. and the leafs are damaged but repairable

I havent heard of sugar being used yet bat gauno or fish mix make a good folliar feed if you need to feed them do it when your lights just go on so your grow rooms not at its hottest and wont burn them and before you start them flowering

Why sugar? For carbs? I wouldn't cause I already have pests problems, they would over run everything if I sprayed sugar.

Pros: When you lick your plants for fun they taste like candy

Cons: When you smoke this puppy you will have the munchies for trees with sugar, u cant find it. ur stomach will eat itself, the acid will attack ur organs.a nd you will die.

p.s. Cons: waste of time, and to fucken sticky.

I have heard of a product called GrowExcel that is a folliar spray during Veg that works wonders. I'm gonna give her a shot next cycle through, heard the growth is amazing. That said, I don't use folliar sprays unless I am having a problem that needs to be addressed pretty quickly.
