I'd be getting a magnifying glass and looking for bugs under the leaves. They like to hide around near the crotch but range all over the leaves. Easy to see if you got good eyes or reading glasses. With so few spots you and small plants you can hunt them down by hand. A slight rub between your fingers kills them easy. Done it a few times myself.
Could be something else but looks like thrip damage.
Here is the newest issues that has popped up. Has anyone any idea on this one. The spots shown are almost a dark blue ish hue and dry to the touch. I did attempt a neem oil spray could this one plant have had a reaction, when the others had not?
