Spot the problems

Hi i have two plants sharing one pot which i am aware is not the best idea but i cant change it now.
i have been growing outdoors for about 2 and a half months and hopefully they should be ready for harvest in a month or so, ill wait till im happy with them though. however they dont look too healthy
is the lack of root space the reason or could it be something else?
(i know there are some bug issues on the leaves but i sorted that out now).
Any Help would be appreciated
Thanks

What size of pot? I use 5 or 7 gallons for 1 plant~
What dirt/nutes you using? Looks under fed ~
What lights/sun you using? Looks like it could use more~
You get out what you put in it~

well i think its around 4 gallons i used some all purpose grow when the plants were younger but that was rare
i only used it twice and stopped because i didnt know what i was doing and didnt want to damage them with nute burns etc
its an outdoor grow so just sun
i havent been watering it as its been raining recently however it hasnt rained in a couple days so i gave it a drink from a barrel of stored rain water.

dude what are you growing them in. it looks like chunks of bark and shit. they also look nutrient deficient, but if youre growing in mulch i'd say thats your problem right there. transplant into high quality potting soil and fertilize with whatever you have around.
make sure you use something with a complete range of nutrients like an all purpose fertilizer (be careful not to burn) or worm castings and sheep or cow manure tea.

im using bark on the surface of my soil to keep the plants roots warm it gets cold at night here
it also helps to stop snails and slugs getting to the plants
thanks for the advice about fertilizer though
