Spot Gro Bulbs

I know that this section is mainly for the the LED lighting but it also says "other lighting" so I think I'm o.k. with this post. Does anyone have experience with using Spot Gro lights in conjunction with any other lighting. I have recently started experimenting with these lights on my indoor crop. They immediately started reaching up toward the light just as they did in the outdoors. Take a look at the before pics. Depending on the response, I will show the after pics in a few days. They were all grown from seeds and subsequently have all turned out to be females. I reiterate that these are all before the blue spot gro bulbs were introduced.













My alter-ego pretends to do grow weed...not me I'm too scared to do that.
