Spider Webs but no bugs/damage to be found

im almost about to harvest a 62 day old trainwreck strain and its doing great.
but i just noticed today that there were spider webs left around certain buds and leaves....i know, i know...
spider mites is your first thought.
but i cant find any, searched it top to bottom.
and the leaves are very healthy and buds are gorgeous.
and its about ready to cut down.

i think these were left a while ago because it was a part of the plant i havnt inspected too closely ever. so i dont think they are new.

any ideas?

If theres no sign of them (and you have checked under every leaf) be precatious and keep checking on it as often as you can. But if you insist that none are there it could be okay, maybe they've come and gone. (sounds unlikley tho buddy! )

Maybe consider cutting the harvest short if you seen any signs of problems. May all go well for you and your plants

or it could of possibly been another type of spider coming by What sort of density where the webs? Small web? Thin lines? or are we talkin a big web?

It's doubtful, but maybe its just the normal house basement type of spider. I have been fortunate not to have had spider mites, but there are cobwebs in corners of my basement. I never found any on my grow though.

Here in the states, we have corn spiders that like to make webs in corn fields. If one is inside, I could see it choosing to live in your grow...But they are big black and gold spiders about the size of a quarter. If it is one of them, the web will be large and it will be very near the web if not in the center. They only eat other bugs though.

If it is spidermites, you can use OMRI listed products up till the day of harvest for mite control.

or use that oil, neam or sumthing? I've forgot the name. But yeh, im still on it being a normal spider atm. Gotta describe / show us a picture of the web to truely get the full picture mate (like what i did there? )

great point actually I have seen mold that looks a little webish.

Lets just hope that is just a damn house spider!

Hopefully that's what you're dealing with.

I think it's actually mites, even though you say you can't find them.

take a much closer look at the bottom of your leaves. also check to see if your leaves have small yellow spots on them. spider mites make webs and they are a bitch. i seriously hate spider mites!!!!!! you can kill them with pesticides or by introducing predator mites on the plants. spider mites are tiny. possibly too small to see in some cases, but you should be able to spot them on the bottom of your leaves. they appear as tiny white/yellow dots. i mean they are super small.

spider mite = around .5 mm

A lot of people claim that you can't see them with the naked eye. I guess I have good vision or something, because I can see those bastards.

i just decided to cut down the guy, almost all the hairs were orange anyways. and i heard the best time to crop trainwreck is day 65ish.

while clipping i noticed there were only a tiny bit a of webs around the buds i found last night before i made this thread.
from what ive been thinking and reading what you guys think...im assuming it was a spider passing by.
i freaked cuz my durbin poison thats 2 1/2 weeks into flower started getting yellow spots but it is because i over fertilized. i flushed it and things are the way they should be.
