Spider mites

I just got a small led lighted magnifier and noticed the backs of most plants leaves(and even the fronts) had tiny white bubbles( Here, I'm a total newb, I thought that it was resin forming, lol)..when I found a page that showed spider mite damage, that was exactly what I saw on my plants, and this is after using plain neem oil x2...and giving 2 doses of azamax.
I knew something was chewing them, just have never seen one single alive bug..so I hope its the end of the mites...though I was told I'll have to scrap organic and spray them with this toxic stuff..I don't like the idea...but don't want them eating my medicine, either! And new growth, where the ladybugs love to gather, some of those tiny leaves are twisting or half chewed, I thought I'd cry!!!
Has anyone tried soaking the tobacco from 3 cigarettes (boil and let it steep, like tea) and then spraying that on the plants?
Saw it was a more organic method, but I want em dead, like...yesterday!
I was going to germ my new beans I just got today from nirvana (ICE fem x5, and bubbleicious fem x5)but that would suck to bring healthy new babies into a mite hotel..BTW...I ordered them on Dec 2nd..received them today, the 8th,THAT IS AMAZING from that far to Seattle.. stuck inside a cute Santa hat that has lighted stars around the rim, but they don't work, lol..at first I thought there weren't any seeds there, I expected them I guess to be in seed-like packs, not tiny zip-baggies..

i see no evidence of spidermite and if you had webs all over the buds then the leaves would be full of them.

I don't see anything to worry about, certainly no mites
