Spider mites noticed after cutting to dry

Well harvesting my girls I noticed that I have a spider mite infestation. I could actually see the spider mites themselves underneath the leaves. Is there anything I can use or do to rid the plants Of these mites and still maintain my grow or harvest? I’ve heard that using a hairdryer that the heat may kill them or Neem oil. I also heard that a bud wash might help...I need all the help I can get

I would maybe do a wash. Not sure the name of it but it’s a three part wash. Not sure

If it's already harvested just blow the buds off with pressurized air.
