Sour Diesel x Cheese 4th week flowering. Yellowing new growth

I have a 12/12 from seed Sour Diesel x Cheese, and it is called Cheesel. Well I have been having problems with the new growth since it was a seedling. The new growth turns bright yellow and drys up and dies. Also the leaves are staying really small, no big fan leaves. I am using 200w of CFL, 4-2700k 26w, and 2-6500k 27w, and 1-42w 2700k. Flowering nutes right now are only bone meal 6-9-0 NPK, and Unsulfered Molasses. I am using diy Co2 with yeast and sugar. The Cheesel started flowering on 1/16/10 and the last photo is the most recent. The Cheesel is the plant on the left in the last two pictures.

Hey Dude

Did you use the C02 from the start ?:joint:
I thought that was only used when flowering,could be the reason for stunted growth and the yellowing looks like N def.

Judging from that first pic, I'd say it's time to find a new growing medium, or to supplement the one you're using. It looks like you're having a micro-nute problem, likely sulphur.(ironic that you're using unsulphured molasses?LOL) I'd say to hit them with some fert that'll cover the micros,(particularly sulphur) and keep an eye on the soil PH. Epsom salt might be a good idea for now, as it's actually 'magnesium sulphate'.

My grow medium is Miracle Grow Organic Choice potting mix with 20-30% perlite, you cant see the perlite because I added more soil on top of the original soil. I wanted to use FFOF or Roots oragnic potting soil but I cant find it locally and I dont order off the internet.

Hmm, interesting. I would definatly say it is a nute problem that can be fixed, but I would have to know more to pinpoint it. Sulpher is a great guess, but thats kind of rare. I honestly don't know what to tell you other than make a decision on an educated guess, and roll with it....or just wait till someone with more knowledge comes along and posts....LOL

Well I think it is a combination of deffieciency, Nitrogen/Magnesium/Mircro-Nutes. I will try the epsome salt, and I will use veg nutes in next feeding for the Nitrogen deffieciency, and hopfully the veg nutes will fix the Micro-Nutes deffieciency.

i think ur right esp about the magnesium. try some epson salt or cal/mag

Thanks alot for responding so fast to my PM, I really appreciate the help. I thought I knew what was wrong but I didnt want to act like a know-it-all and try to fix the problem without proper experience. So I am glad I got approved by a veteran grower like yourself on what I thought was wrong with them because it makes me feel like I have acheived something in the RIU community. IF you know what I mean. +rep thanks man.

What was your temperature/airflow like in there?

Alot of new growth yellowing is caused by high temps and/or bad airflow.
