Someone Help Me Diagnose My Problem!!!

Alright,

This all started a couple weeks back, at first I thought I might have burnt the plant with nutes but have since flushed the plant twice and have been watering with strictly Ph'd water, no nutes. I have been doing a lot of reading and am now starting to believe what I first thought to be a nute overload could actually be a deficiency(thinking Phosphorus?), however I would like some feed back before I attempt to solve the problem with more feeding. I am going to be using Gerneral Organics nutes, in soil, about half of what their schedule recommends. I was hoping to have this problem cleared up before I put her into flowering but am getting worried about how much she will stretch once the time is switched over.

You wont be able to repair the damaged leaves from the nute burn ,just make sure the new growth is healthy.

The new growth is all healthy, but it seems like older leaves in the middle of the plant keep progressing and getting worse and more of the middle leaves are getting dry and falling apart. I have flushed twice now and was hoping I solved the problem but cannot be sure. Is there anyway I can be sure that it was nute burn? The stems are very red, now this maybe just the strain but it maybe a symptom. The plant has just been turned over to 12/12 and I am thinking of beginning it on "week 5 - early flower" of the schedule above hoping that it could/would correct the issue.
