Someone answer this?!

I put my seed in soil basically as soon as the seed split,how long will it take to see it come through? Does this process also have to be under lights?

no light needed till it breaks the surface.. if you don't see anything in about 10 days or so, you are more then likely not going to.. but usually about 3 / 5 days or so..
