Some questions regarding Feliz 250W Blue 6500K CFL bulb

Hi,

1. Has anyone used the Feliz brand bulbs before? If so, what type and wattage?
2. The cheapest I could find the 250W was $62 here >> http://eastwesthydro.com/light/fluorescents/fixtures/feliz/feliz-250w-blue-6500k-12-cs Know of a place cheaper?
3. How many of these bulbs would I need to grow five plants in a small 4'x4' closet?
4. Where can I get the three-way socket/fixtures like this guy >>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3MLW9HeuvwA for the Mogul (E39) bulbs?

use ebay for ur bulbs there well cheaper than that
