Some nug shots of Chocolope Kush, about 2 weeks from harvest maybe??

Hey everyone. Heres a few pics of a couple buds off the Chocolope Kush from DNA. Its about 7.5 week into flowering, looks like about another 1.5-2 weeks. Nugs are very oily and sticky, smells like a classic kush, with a sweet twist to them. Should come out really dense.
What do you think, 1 week left?? 2 weeks?
Grown in a fabric grocery bag with promix and perlite. Advanced Nutrients PH Perfect Sensi grow, Cal Mag. No Blooming nutes until 2 waterings ago, now it get AN Connoiseur A+B PH Perfect, Big Bug, Bud Blood, and CarboLoad. :lol:

yup, i scoped it yesterday and there are clear, cloudy, and a very few amber trichs. I kinda stopped scoping to tell when they are done as i have been finding the trichs start to amber a while before the buds are actually ready. Instead of a scope, its even better to use a digi camera on Macro and get a good shot, then zoom in on the computer.
Most of the hairs are still white on the buds, and they still 'look' 2 weeks left to me. The cola buds are COVERED in pistils, but they are still 90% white. Gonne be some nice looking smoke when its done.

I let my Chocolate Kushs go 65-70 days. Yours looks like its a 50/50 split on the genetics. Is the sweet smell like a Melon smell or a dark chocolate?

Id say more like a melon smell. Reminds me of the Big Bang i grew, but with the kush smell being the dominant smell. Earthy, soily, musky. The plant overall isnt super dank smelling or anything. The oils that get on your fingers if you touch it are unreal tho. Its oily like the super lemon haze i grew.

Melon sweet is the melon C99 that is in the Chocolope. The earthy soil musk will turn a dark chocolate with a cure. I kept the best out of a pack for a few runs it was decent, Kosher looking with dark chocolate kush flavor. Most of the pack was C99 melon sweet.

Be careful with that bud blood mate.. Its very strong, and only meant to be used in the first few watering's in week 1 of flowering. It may throw things out of wack if you are using it continually.

OK. so far ive used it at half strength last time and 1/3 the first time. its only got it twice.

Im taking some new pics today after the lights come on. Im growing Critical Hog, Strawberry Blue, Pink Kush, Romulan Diesel, and Bubblegummer also. I have a Afghan Kush, White Rhino, and Blackjack(sweet seeds) that are seedling under t8 and cfl for now.
I placed a new seed order for 5 new strains i wanted to try too, Flowerbomb Kush(Strainhunters), Sour Secret(DNA), Pineapple Chunk(barneys), Fruity Chronic Juice(delicious) and Atomic Bomb (bomb seeds).

Yea bro.. The stuff is really meant to get your plants into the flowering cycle a bit quicker when you flip from veg. Big bud is not supposed to be used after week 4 on an 8 week strain either..:P Maybe you should try and get a hold of a Advanced nute week schedule. Buds look real nice though..:)

Ya im going to get a shedule for feeding, i dont really know much about AN, i just use it till it looks like theres a problem. So far its been good to me. My Strawberry Blue, Critical Hog, Rom Diesel, Bubblegummer, and Pink Kush are on week 4 since flipping the lights. Ill post some pics when i take some tonite for their watering (just water tonite no nutes). they need water every 3-4 days so i give 1 watering just water and PH down, then next water i give nutrients.
Gonna get that nute schedule.........

So looking at the AN feeding chart, what i should get is some Bud Candy, and b-52. The overdrive and final phase seems like a bit of overkill to me.....

looking great. I let mine go 63-70 days. Only started 2 seeds and got two phenos. One indica dom and the other sativa dom. both very good producers with rock hard tight buds. great smoke, taste and high. good luck and enjoy. This is definetly a strain I will be keeping around.

Hey. So heres some more pics of the chocolope. I took a test-nug today, smoking it right now and its pretty good, although i dried it in the microwave 5 seconds at a time haha, tastes like ass. Im baked tho.
Ill link to my other thread for y other 5 plants. Strawberry blue, romulan diesel, pink kush, bubblegummer, and critical hog....oh and 3 autos rhino ryder, afghan kush, and blackjack from sweet seeds.
