Some help please from an expert! is this a weed plant?

Hey let me start by saying sorry if this is in the wrong section but im not sure where it would fit in...anyway just the other day me and my buddy noticed that we had some weed looking plants in my mom's flower area. Now the only thing we can think of is that there might of been a seed in a blunt that was throw there...anyway im not an expert on what baby weed plants really look like. Now i dug it up and put it in a lil container which is small i know. but here are some pics and a video maybe someone can confirm

You don't need an "expert" to know that that is indeed a baby marijuana plant. Treat it nice for a few months and it will return the favor.
