Solis Tek 10k light, use for last 7-21 days of flower to boost oil production?

Solis Tek's 10k mh light (super blue), they say to use it the last 7-21 days of flower to boost resin/oil. Is it even true that blue light during the end of the flower cycle will increase oil production more than an HPS red spectrum bulb will?
