Soil to Hydro?

So right now I have my plants growing up in soil... I've had some complications along the way, but they are looking good... its been about 2 1/2 weeks...

But my question is, I bought a General Hydroponics Waterfarm a bit back that could probably fit 2 plants in it; But the plants have been raised in soil, and I have no access to clones...

So should I put some plants into the farm, or just let these grow out in soil then take a clone off and put it into the system??
