Soil pH

I have some seedlings. Both are bagseed, they are both in the same pots (pots, not pot!) using the same soil (coco fiber for seed starting). One of my seedlings (working on its second set of true leaves) has started to turn yellow. The seed leaves and the true leaves. The stem is also slightly red... I thought this might be a nitrogen deficiency cuz thats kinda what it looks like to me but im not very experienced... but thats what it looked like to me when referencing my cannabis grow bible. I thought it might also be underwatered at first but I dont think thats the problem.

I gave my seedling some nutes today. 5-1-1 organic fish fert. The bottle says to use 2 TBSP per gallon and that seems like a lot for me to be giving my seedlings so what I did was dipped a stick in there and washed it off in my water i used to water my plants. I thought this STILL may be too strong for a seedling so I dumped out half the water and refilled the rest of it. The jug I used for the mixing was a 2 quart jug and the amount of the stick was probably less than 1/10th of a TEA spoon.

I gave my sickly seedling a full feeding with the mix I made until it started to run out the bottom of my pot. My pots are also the self watering kind so I made sure to dump out all the excess water that was collected. This was just ealier today and I havent seen positive results.

I tipped my pot and there was still a small bit of nutrient rich water that had collected and I pH tested that with a test strip for a swimming pool and the results are high, around 7.8-8.2 (hard to tell but high for sure).

the pH of my nutrient solution is between 6.8-7.2 (again, hard to tell exactly).

My question is what can I do to lower the pH of my soil? Is that even the problem (one of them perhaps lol) and should I be concerned about my ph being high?

My other seedling is doing great.... nice rich green color, crisp (not burnt crisp, just sharp) leaves and over all healthy looking.

Also I think I should mention this is my first "real" grow. Ive had outdoor plants that I neglected to take care of that all turned male but I wasnt growing to harvest I really just wanted to put the energy into the land from the plants. Im growing in a plastic tote with 93w of CFL 6500k 1600 lumens each.

Thanks in advance for any help that comes my way, jah bless!
