soil or ebb hydro flood

I would think hydro... I use a tray with flood & drain and love it. I guess it's all preference, but I'm not too sure. I've never really grown soil just held a few mothers in it while I moved... I'm under the impression you have faster turnover in a hydro setup than you do in soil, but I could be wrong. I think yield all depends on strain and size of plants.
