Soil Near Hydroponic Systems?

I was planning on keeping mother plants in seperate pots with an organic soil mix. I will then be taking clones and placing them into bubbleponic kits. Can those pots be kept in the same grow room as my bubbleponic kits? Iv read that you shouldnt bring soil near a hydro system because of the danger of bugs and bug eggs getting into the plants in the bubbleponic kits but that was only one person who said that.

I wouldn't worry about it because if your soil has any bugs , you would probably would be the carrier yourself . This would be done by going back and forth from the grows without changing your clothes and not washing your hands .

I'm sorry . I shouldn't assume you don't keep a clean grow op . I was just watching a video clip and that was in my mind at the time .
