soil mix help

So I will be planting some new seeds soon and would like to know what a recommended soil mix could be. I have perlite, epsom salt and happy frog potting soil. I hear the 25 to 30% perlite and and 70 to 75% happy frog. I just wanted some opinions on what you guys have done.

Are you growing indoors or outside? And what size containers? Ideally you want to start in a seed starting mix then transfer into your hotter potting mix when your plants are mature and big enough to handle the heavier dose of nutrients.

I am growing in a 2 x 2 x 4 box and 1 gallon pots.
