I just waterd my plants wit reall cold water real cold would they b alright

its always best to use room temp. water so you dont shock the roots.

next time fill some jugs and let them sit for a day.

lol I have used ice cubes to water my plants many times with no ill effects at all.

I'd say if your room is warm enough you'll be ok

if my water gets to cold sitting on the basement floor i toss the jugs in the shower for 10 min or so to get it back to a better tem

Thats awesome lol.. when or why would that be useful though? can you freeze nutes in the ice cubes? lol

I use ice to slow the rate of water entering the soil. In summer months it's just a added bonus to keep the root zone cooler for a few minutes. It would also depend on pot size and room temps but If you water right you are not going to hurt the roots.
