Soil bags Doesn't Tell The PH Level

I just bought a lot of Great Gardens Potting Soil, it was natural & organic, but I can't determine the pH level. It's made locally, cause it says its a "Long Island Potting Product"... I also got a biodegradable starter pot to fill it up with, should I be good to go? A long tail has already sprouted from my auto

I currently have no nutrients
