Hello
I have 3ft of space to work with. I am using a Sunsystem HO T5 48, 4ft with 8 bulbs. I can only use the T5 because I have heat issues, HPS proved to heat over 110 with air intake. So that makes my total grow space about 4x2x3. I will build a wood frame stretching the length of the light and use screws and rope to make an adjustable rack. I will then staple panda film around it to have light enclosed area exactly the size of the light. The space around this will be used for veg and what not.
Oh yea, I plan to do ebb and flow. I am planning of have 2 plants.
This is my plan thus far. Please comment on the above.
Here is my problem.
I know that scrog with like 2-4 plants, depending on veg height, would maximize yield per surface area of the light and box, but what about height? Would it be more effective to do SOG?
I feel most confident that SCROG would be the best for my room, simply because I can make a perfect flat plane of buds across the light, I think 4 plants could definitely fill up the screen, 4x2, and I would not have to veg them much for that, which allows me more space. I can pump ambient air into the scrog area with a small fan and I know that would handle temp issues, and I can keep my light an inch from the buds.
So.. SCROG or SOG?
I hope this made sense, thanks.
