Sog or LST in a rubbermaid grow box?

So I was going to make this whole set up bigger but things fell through so now I'm just going to start out with that 2 stacked rubbermaid grow box with cfls you've probably seen a thousand times,got most of the material and have been working on it a few days btw,but now I'm left wondering with two 39 gallon rubbermaids stacked should I go with like two lst plants or a bunch of small single cola plants? Which would provide a better yield in your opinion? btw growing WW in Foxfarm soil with foxfarm nutes if that helps with your feedback.

if you're starting from seed you are better off with lst, but scrog may be even better. sog only really works if you have female clones to start with

Yeah i figured what Id do is grow one female plant to the point where i could take clones then veg them for a week and add them in. I don't know man Id rather go LST then scrog,its easier. Will scrog make for a better yield over lst?

in my experience scrog is a little more to set up but easier in the long run. also it makes much better use of limited space. i would say the yield would be better from scrog. if you go with scrog 2 plants will be plenty. either way you should really consider making clones, it would really only take one more tub and increase your yield over time drastically.

im going to ,always intended to but for my first grow Im going to use just one all the way through.
