Sog help please

I am planning on doing a SOG grow. I have a question about how many plants per square foot? I have read about it and it seems to be a mixed answer anything from 1 to 4 per square foot, so i don't know and need some experienced advise? How many would you put in a 5by5 room with 1400w's and a 4 ft. verizontal reflector?

probly bout the same... what r u growing in??? if ur useing soil, ur gonna need mad pots and water often and many... the smaller the plants/pots, the more u can squeeze in... with that said, the smaller and more u have the more often and more overall plants ur gonna have to water... its not so much yeild i would be thinking about its the work involved.. time is money and its alota work cloning, transplanting, watering, harvesting/triming, ect all them plants... well worth it but dont think ur jus sittin bak reaping rewards
