SOG for little light

Does using the SOG method improve the yield for a 150 grow light..i reilize that a 150 watt grow light can only grow 2 decent sized plants but was wondering if using the SOG method it would improve the yield.

I know i kinda repeated myself but it was confusing..

150 watts isn't going to do you much good you really have to get a lot more light on those buds

A 150 watt sodium could probably flower atleast 8 clones in smaller pots. It would be a nice micro garden ya know...just scaled down a bit. Just get a good mother established and feed the flowering room with clones. It will produce!

i agree with seasonal smoker, at least eight with a quality hood and make sure that they are no bigger than 10-12 inches to start 12/12. Do everything right and you could be looking at a pretty little harvest.

Im on my second grow w/ a 150 for flowering. . You can grow with one, sure a 1000 HPS would be nice but you can get plenty of use from a 150.


My grow is perpetual, using clones i take 2 cuttings a week and harvest 2 small plants a week.
The pic is from 1 plant from harvest (minus a few popcorn buds). Not a mind blowing harvest, but more than enough for me and the wife for a week.


Im using 1 gallon pots and start flowering when they hit a foot tall.
I topped each plant, and am using some of the lower growth for cuttings. Im clipping off the bottom 1/3 of each plant, the HPS cant get through the canopy so id rather the plant use its energy towards the canopy.
