Ok I will lift my lights up that has not been a problem until now but I will raise them
I am guessing no way to get them the dense back up

So I checked all 3 plants 2 are soft and 1 is still dense. Is there anyway to get the other 2 to tighten back up or not really?

first rule it out or confirm break open a top with your hands if its botrytis there will be a spore cloud rising from the part you opened up and inside will be dead brown and probably covered with fungal formations. just open a top by separating budlets and see. if you are in doubt and you are able to take a photo of the inside too. check the parts that feel soft.

How do your roots look? Seems to me your lights were too close causing the plant to transpire more, in turn raising the humidity. The fan leaves eventually burned off from the excess transpiration and heat from the lights, now the water has less surface area to evaporate off of so the plant looks water logged.

I don't run dwc, but that's what I c

It doesn't look like botrytis to me. None of the sugar leaves are receded onto the nug really, and no tell tale signs of little red/purple leaves on the trouble spots

still wouldnt hurt to check i had this shit inside positively great looking buds and when the op says ‘dense nugs’ my mind immediately goes to budrot as per my own experience. and its fairly easy to confirm or rule out.
