Can they be used throughout vegging and flower, what are the disadvantages of using a lot of soft whites instead of weaker daylights? All the soft white bulbs I see put out more lumens than daylight of equal wattage.
soft white is better for veg. anything around the 6500k spectrum is good for the veg. stage and 2700k for the flower stage! that puts out like a redish orngish colour! the more watts you can get the better
