So I'm wondering.. I have a Cal and K deficiency because of overwatering and excess nitrogen.. what can I do about that??

How can people help you? Some are trying. Post a picture of your plant. Give the details of what you've been doing to get to the point that your at which you say is problematic. According to your post title you've identified the problem. If you can identify the problem you should be able to solve the problem. I'm not trying to be a jerk but your approach doesn't make much sense.
 
I'm gonna post a pic of my plant. I know to quit watering and not give it and N. I'm just not 100% on how to fix the problem. I've been doing looking shit up but I've seen just give it time, add more K and Cal to offset the excess N. Just wanna try to get the problem fixed before it gets any worse.
