So yesterday i moved the girls to their usual overnight spot to find this when i came in from work. They are ending week one and going into week two...... Further more i was trying to adjust the temperature in my tent because when i looked in it it so so smokey from my humidifier and at 99%..... Are they dead? My heart sunk when i seen them yesterday they look so beautiful and vibrant, PLEASE HELP‼ They all look so sad i hope i can save them.

Water them thourly and let them dry out some. Drop the humidity, thats way too high for seedlings. Ditch the spray bottle for use with watering. Keep it for foliar sprays and clones.

What's an "overnight spot"? Seedlings need sufficient amount of light. Preferably lights on 24/7 for the first week. Sounds like you're shocking the poor seedlings every night?
Keeping a stable environment and temps is important when starting seeds, they're not for free to say the least. They're not drinking and growing because you keep stressing them and watering to much.

In my backyard the shady spots move as the sun rises and set so in the morning they get direct sun until around 3/4 pm. When i come back out the aun moved they be in shade so i move them back into the sun where they stay until i get off work. And I’ve been trying to find the right amount of light i been giving them 40% at 24”.

You apparently have issues keeping seedlings alive.
Yes i have two different set ups and they both got damaged i have one outside with 3 plants and 4 inside my grow tent.
Lmao i wudnt say i have an issue but yes last night was the first time this happened to me

That's is just fine. That's where I had started with RH. Whatever your ambient is naturally unless something silly like 20% then id advise some humidifier. Water every 2-3 days or as needed. A hydrated cup will be heavier than a dry one. Use your best judgment

It's beyond me how you can spend a hundred bucks on seeds but don't have the money and time to put up a small stable environment?
In nature the plants produce a lot of seeds to be able to survive. That means most of the seeds produced die off in nature. We want to simply do a better job than this.

You have two different setups. They are all on their way to dead or close to it. I'd say that's an issue. The ones indoor aren't getting enough light and that's why they are stretching so much.
I didn’t spend 100$ on seeds.. I got a sample kit for 15$ of 20 seeds. And this is literally my first run so yeah #ShitHappens
I have two set up and 20 seeds that germinated 7 are having trouble maybe because of me but 13 are outside and they are doing great. And the indoor tent someone told me that yesterday so i turned it up to 40% on my dimmer and i got droopy plant.

Little late now, but my recommendation would have been to start slow. Germinate a handful of seeds and focus on those. New growers tend to over love their plants.
Look up the light manufacturer recommendations for seedlings and make small adjustments if necessary.
Seedlings don't need much to start. That includes, light, food, and water. GL
