Snapped branch, what should I do?

Hi guys I'm new on here and I found most other posts to be helpful so I figured I'd ask what to do here. I'm a beginner with 4 plants, 2 bigger ones and just today something fell on my crops and broke 3 branches. One was smaller plant that i was able to stabilize with a matchstick and some loose tape but a big branch came off one of my larger plants. It was hanging off so i just decided to break it off and attempt to make a clone of it. I put it in some water with some superthrive. Should i just leave it alone and see what happens?

yeah, if it was a secondary growth branch it should do fine. Otherwise, if you have one hanging off like that you can tape it and it should graft back on after a couple weeks. Also for your smaller plant, trying taking a drinking straw cut to the length of your stem, cut a slit in the straw so you can open it and stick it around the base of your plant, that should do a good job of keeping it held up.

^^ Thanks for the tip man but the smaller one i was talking about (sorry no pics) has started wilting since i tried to stand it up with the matchsticks and tape, is it doomed?

Also, at a closer look the smaller plant (there's almost a complete snap at the bottom part of the plant) is hanging on by a thread and I used the straw technique....but now the plant is wilting about 5-6 hours after the whole disaster happened. Really really really aggravating... Does anyone have any hope for me or should I just consider it a casualty:cry:

yeah, it's going to wilt before it pulls through. If it's torn or snapped and not just bent you're going to want to match up the broken ends as best as possible and tape it before putting the straw around. Hopefully that'll be enough to let it start moving nutrients back up and give it a fighting shot at healing. Don't count it out until it's completely dead. Goonies never say die...

^ Lol thanks again man...yea I seemed to be able to put the two pieces of together almost like a broken straw and push it into place a tiny little bit.... But I will try my best to keep an eye on it and hopefully it'll pull through. It looks pretty wilted right now but i put pure superthrive right into the soul where the stem is and watered it and i'll just leavei t alone. That big secondary branch I was talking about hasn't been wilting and it's sitting right in water with some superthrive in the water. I will post updates.

Update - the secondary branch that I was basically forced to make a clone out of is wilting a little bit but not nearly as bad as the small plant that was broken down near the bottom/base of the stem. That one is wilting pretty bad but no signs that it is actually dead, I just hope it pulls through because the trichs on that one were looking lovely even though it was small. This is my first grow and I am just tryna get some smoke for myself so if anyone can give me some input that would be great.
