Smokers Plaza is a scam!

I ordered from their website a month ago and my item is apparently stuck in customs for the last 20 days... Dont order from them, i asked for a refund and they straight up said no.

If you ordered with a credit card you can always dispute the charge, saying you never received your item.

What did you order though, if it isn't allowed in the US and it DID get taken by customs I don't think there is anything you can do...

yeah dude, they probabaly even have a disclaimer warning against customs on their site like most botanical suppliers.

I once sent an electronics kit to Brazil, it took 6 months to clear their system and get delivered... like 2 years ago

Why should they give you a refund?. You ordered from them, they sent it to you and now customs has it. It's not their fault customs is dragging their asses.

Yeah, I have been having a similar issue with them. I ordered from them in November...received my product completely SHATTERED, due to them NOT labelling the package as fragile in ANY way...so I wrote them...they told me to send a picture and they would re-ship it AFTER they took care of all the xmas screw ups..i ordered before the xmas rush...it's now almost March, and have YET to hear back from them after sending the picture they requested...I was told I would be sent new shipping info...that never came...and i can't even get the guy to reply to me! I have written him 5 times just since i sent the picture to see what's going on...still nothing! I now have told him, i don't WANT it anymore...nor do i want to do business with them again..i JUST want a refund at this point...but they wont even give me the decency of a reply email! I gave him one more week (which is very generous after waiting 4 months!) and then i will start contacting agencies that deal with online merchants such as this guy, and told him if he doesn't make this right at this point, i WILL take him to small claims court to get my money back. I have told him on several occasions that i'm a medical user, with not alot of money due to the health issues i'm going thru now, and I need a product such as the one I ordered so i can dispense my medication...this guy can't even acknowledge ANYTHING. I also can't find a phone number for them ANYWHERE...if ANYONE knows how to get their phone number...please let me know! I have googled to no avail.

Just because it is in customs and has been for a while,doesn't mean you wont get your package. Patience :smile:

If it looks to good to be true, it most DEFINATELY has a scam, spam, or virus attached to it.
