Sorry to make a thread out of this but...
My first ever grow is about a weekish away from harvest, so last weekend i tweaked off a bit of bud (0.7g dry) for a sample test. I smoked it yesterday.
it blew my tiny mind, the couchlocky mass-produced bud i've been paying for around here for the last few years just isn't in the same league....and the buzz lasted for twice as long too. 
...frankly if i see my supplier on the street i'm tempted to ask for a backdated refund 
So....this is just a quick testimonial for any pre-first grow newcomer reading this damn fine site - DO IT!! You won't regret it
And to all the wise residents on RIU - i now truly understand why you love what you do so much

i have pics that were taken some eleven days ago but they've shot up since, i'll have to dig my camera out and take some recent shots...the first two are of the slower growing one, she currently need maybe 2-3 weeks. The last two are of my speedy, ready to snip in a weekish. Both Northern Lights autos. I'm not gonna get much of a yield but i don't mind cos of the learning curve over the course of the grow, onwards and upwards for subsequent grows!
