smell?

When my plant has flowered, how bad is the smell of the buds????

BAD, they WREAK. 10 dead rotting cow carcasses MIGHT cover the smell.

My plants started smelling way before I flowered them. They were about 8" and were filling the entire room with the smell. And that was just 5 of them. Now I have 2 left in flowering. One has little or no smell and the other stinks to high heaven! It's the smaller of my 2 and again, it makes my 10'X12' room stink and it's in a closet. Depending on the strain, you can expect some major stink. And forget it if you are growing a skunk strain!

theres some post or guide somewhere with a guy that basically made a huge airfreshener, it was like a small circular fan attached to a 5gal bucket, and there was some cleaning solution inside the bucket and he said it worked great, anyone have any clue what im talking about?

It works damn good for me my garden stunk my house up every time i opened the damn door and now it just smells clean and fresh!!

I grew a single plant and it stunk up my 2100sq. ft. house with a towel under the door and the closet door closed.

Use that link Bobmarley420 posted. I made that setup just yesterday and it worked amazingly! All materials were bought from Lowes. Before, my plant stank up my little home like crazy .... even had a salesman comment on the stink. Now all I can smell is a light citrus smell (the odor neutralizer I used leaves that smell). Very satisfied.

Thanks for the recommendation, guys. That will be my next project in my on-going effort to perfect my grow.

I missed this somehow. Plants are only 24 ds old.(from seed) I can already smell them. This is not the dankest weed but is smells kinda of like body odor.
I really need to do something soon. I could imagine in a few weeks it will smell like a truck load of dirty clothes.

Glade i could be of service But my plants just smelled like fresh weed till they started to flower Then it just stunk like no tomorrow, i grow in an attic and i would not think it would skunk up the lower floors but they did..... I am also a musician so my band is always pissing of my neighbors and they call the cops sometimes so i really had to do something and thinks to videoman's idea we are set to play some metal!!

everyone of my grows stinks to hell and they start to smell after first week, even clones stink a lil bit, carbon filter sys and some grapefruit sense and its all taken care off

there is no stronger natural smell then the one of grapefruits!
