Smaller Plant. Better Bud?

This is my first attempt. I've been caring for my little ones for some time now. They are into flower, and only reach apprx 6-7inch tall. I have been growing them under cfls of all spectrums. Strong in all. Feeding them well. And they are generally in good health.
My question is, because the plant is so small, provided it is under optimum conditions, could the few buds on it have a higher concentration of THC as it's not having to provide as much energy as it would for double the amount of buds growing?
My theory is only made on the thought of the actual reproduction process. The female being smaller will have less surface area to attract males so it may compensate for this in higher THC levels/More stickier bud?
As I say tho. I'm a first timer so this could b a ridiculous question...

thc is a plants sun block, its destroyed by light during the day and built back up during the dark. Having a smaller plant would not cause it to increase thc levels more than a larger plant. using a bit of Uv lighting will though. Your plant doesnt make energy for the buds and leaves like your thinking either. How much energy your plant can make is completely dependent on the amount of foliage it has to make energy. So your plant wont have more energy going to anywhere just because the plant is smaller, in fact its the opposite.

I disagree with everything except the last one. Its the other way round, big plants ,bigger stronger heads.Little plant(6") ,little THC production.
