Small hydroponic setup for a newb.

So I am a completely new grower, who wants to have a small hydroponic growroom, for cash/personal crop. I am pretty decided on light of jah for the strain (but I am open to suggestions for high-yield indoor strains), about 12 plants. So, what kind of hydro system do I need? Where can I find plans for how to build it? lights? fans etc? Basically I just want a runthrough of exactly what I need to do from start to finish

First of all do lots of research the more the better.
Also secondly you want lots of money for a 12 plant setup to do it well.
Never consider growing as a cash earner as its a long process and you could make mistakes and mess everything up halfway through and have to start again... I don't know there is all sorts that could happen. Power cuts? Breakages? etc etc.
