Small bottom leaves drooping??????

need help with the lower leaves on my vertigo autoflower plant are small and looking droopy....all other leaves above look good.....what can i do to save the bottom half of this lil lady so i can have more production out of her....i am using 1 125w CFL and 2 13w CFL...all 2700k....i also have a small 4 inch fan running in the room at all times....my light cycle is 20/4...organic soil from walmart....havent got my nutes yet to start blooming those flowers out yet but there are flowers coming out....what can i do?

aite cool.....and also my leaves veins are turning yellowish...could this be a lack of nitrogen? i will post some pix of the smaller leaves drooping and ill try to get a good shot of the leaves....thanks for your input bro.
