It appears you're in coco......it's too dry and you should be feeding them as well.
If you want fast growth.........start in small containers.
18 days from sprout in coco for a comparison.

I feel like ive been overwatering so ive started using a spray bottle. Should i start giving them small amounts of nutrients?
Also under a 1000w marshydro in a 4x4

If that's just straight coco and perlite you should have had nutes in it before the seeds even sprouted. Otherwise what are they going to eat? The whole pot should be watered well with half strength nutes and not just a little bit around the sprout. Are those autos? Just asking because autos are the only ones I'd start in pots that big.

With coco it's supposed to be watered a few times/day but that would be wasting a lot of water and nutes with babies like that. I use peat based soilless ProMiX HP and water when the pots feel light so I'd be good for 2 weeks at least starting like that. My plants would be a lot further along than those too.

Should maybe read some coco threads to see what experienced the coco-locos are doing. I always check with the pros when I don't know.

Good luck!
