slow seedling growth problems ?...

wellls, i had germed a seed last week n it sprouted n evrything, but as soon as its seed shell cracked, i noticed it wasnt growing as fast as they ussually do. im using cfls, n have no clue why its been taking soo long to grow.. it even has started a little browning on the tips of the leaves, n youu can see a little on the smaller ones aswell... what should i do ?.. is she okay ?... n whats causing this delay in growth ?...

are you giving it nutrients??? if so dont because its still way too early in da stages... and make sure the light is not too close as its burning the leaves.
