most of the plants you see that big are inside so they can do what they want to the plants in the wild plants grow a total of about 9 month all inside growers do is make the grow more rapidily using special lighting nutrients and ect. everything is perfect. all you can do out side is try adding some mirical grow if its straight in the ground if you have it in a pot outside you can try adding fox farm nute (really good) see if its straight in the ground you cant really tell what nutrients its getting so use mirical grow.

If the plants look healthy, put the lights closer to them. Maybe even just a few inches a way from the tops. Check on them a few times a day. Do some tests and see what works.

What are the temperatures at night or when there is no light, is it cold there. Cold can severely stunt a plants growth (experience) justy coverin all the bases

uhh...so you want him to just pull the sun closer to his plant. NO one that can speak english form India would spell that bad. he is just jerkin your chains.

No you can not pull the sun closer but you can do a smudge pot to keep the co2 up and the temps if you are doing an outside grow.
