First off I want to say I have been cloning in a EZ Cloner for years great success to the point I could do it in my sleep. Now all of a sudden Ii am getting slime on the stem of my cuttings. I don't know what it is . I have tried soaking cloner in bleach for two day then running UC Roots through system no luck even tried changind the zip code of the cloning process thought it might have been the water. Can anyone help with this please. And bought a Clone King and samething happened.

Are you staying sterile when you take the cuts? You are using brand new pucks each time?

What are you putting in the cloner. Is this using RO water? what are the temps and PH of the water. and what are the temps/humidity in the clone room

during the very last run I did notice that the ez cloner did get to 80degrees but I know that I have cloned with 100% success in high temps before....but that could be it....When I was doing 100% it was in a basement.

I like for my water temps to stay around 70 degrees.

How much UC roots are you putting into the initial mix. Do you add more UC moving forward? I start with 15ml per gallon and add 4ml per gallon every other day until the water is changed after 7 days.

dont quote me, but im betting its your water temps causing the mildew/slime/root rot.
