Slight Brown on Roots. rep for Advice!

Hi guys,

Im using a bubbleponic system and my pH has been a little high the last few days as i smashed the electrode on my last meter, i just got a new one in the mail. The pH was sitting around 6.1 but ive now dropped it down to 5.8.

The roots on all 4 of my plants, all in seperate light proof buckets are getting brown roots. Its only very slight discolouration but has been getting worse for the last 3 days.

My plants are only about 3 weeks old but are now on a full strength nute mix, do you think the full strength nutes or the pH is the problem? Im really desperate as this is my best grow so far, i dont want them to die! Rep to anyone who can shed some light!

You have brown algae. The problem with H2O2 is algae likes it also. You are going to have to use bleach or beneficial microbs. This was probably caused by your res temps being over 72 degrees.
