Try the Afghan from nirvana. The only thing it was good for was putting you to sleep. One bowl of that and you are passed out hard within 20 min. I kept it around because I have trouble sleeping. I would also give it to my friends that had trouble sleeping. We all agree that it works wonders for sleep. Just dont smoke it if you only need a nap. I gave some to a friend so she could take a nap before a party. She woke up six hours later and was not very happy that she missed half the party.
