Size micro bags for Dulytek Caged Heat Plate Kit, 3" x 8"?

Hi new to pressing, I bought a used
Dulytek Retrofit Caged Heat Plate Kit, 3" x 8"
and was wondering about what size and micron bags to get? Also if I can use grocery store parchment paper , buy one cut for presses, or something else? Thanks!

These are 250 micron 4.5x2.5". Parchment I like 35lb. pre-cut Black Label to avoid tears. It's all presser preference. Frozen steel plates instant cool and collect using glass stir rod.
