Single Seed Canada, cleared canadian customs on the 25th, 30th and no seeds?

Am I freaking out prematurely??

I also had gotten some seeds through a different company, hempdepot, very happy Easy, pleasan t transaction. I have read that freezing seeds is a good practice. Do any of you do this? I had 4/7 sprout...
