Simple light cycle Q +rep

Can i go back to 20/4 after 12/12 for 48 hours? the plants are maybe 5 weeks old. I hope so cause i already put them back on 20/4.

They will be just fine. It just takes them a couple days to adjust again.

Some people change the lights to sex their plants then change it back when they know which the females are. Might not be the best idea but I've honestly never heard any problems from it.
