signs of a dead plant?

Ok so I have a few plants growing one of which looks like complete shit, this plant has looked like this since in sprouted and I have no idea what the hell is going on. I’ve checked my ph level which is 6.1,the plant receives the same amount of water and nutrients as my other plants which are growing perfectly.
Anyone have any ideas? I thought I may be rootbound but since I transplanted to a 2 gallon pot about a week ago I’m still having the same issue.
just to mention I grow outside in a tent and the strain is g13.

Are you saying this plant has gone from the one in red pot to the weird thing in the birdbath ?

Your plant looks pretty darn good; why do you think there's an issue aside from comparing it to the looks of your other plants? It's green, nice foliage, doesn't appear to have any crazy issues. I might question the shape of the pot (tapered bottom) and be sure you have plenty of drainage holes in it. Ideally a pot like the plant next to it would be better suited for drainage and root health. Over all though, she doesn't look that bad.

I would drill about 20 or more quarter inch holes around bottom of pot. Underneath also.
