Side Lighting and Ventilation

So im getting a 430 W Son Agro Bubbleponic Kit a 100x100x200 Bud Box Growtent and 150mm Ventilation Kit which comes with Fan, Filter, Ducting, Fan Bracket & 2x Connecting Clips . Im hoping this is enough to keep my tent cool any comments on this are greatly appreciated. I wanted to add 2 CFL lights so the side and buttom buds could fatten up. What are some good sites for smaller Cfl lights The more powerful the better but i dont want it to raise the heat all crazy. Thanks and good growing

Try CED Consolidated Electrical Distributors cednw.com. They sell to the public. A four foot 2 x 54W T5 is about $90. The manufacturer is Beghelli its plastic framed so very light weight and suitable for wet locations - 10000 lumens. Not cfl but tubes. GE tubes last the longest (according to their ratings) and Philips has a new 49w bulb that is brighter and draws 10% less power.

Is there any way you can check the CFM rating on your ventilation?

Looks good to me. Its 350 M3/H, 1 m3/h = 0.5885745 CFM (Cubic Foot Minute)aprox. 206 CFM. That should be just fine for what you're doing.

Shoot, I guess I misread the ad, it says the carbon filter scrubs up to 350 M3/H, but that means the fan is probably roughly around that if they are including them as a package. Maybe a little bit less. You want the fan to at worst cycle the air once every 5 minutes anything better is a plus especially if temp is an issue. So basically your room is 71 cubic feet, if its a 150CFM it is going to be cycling out your air about twice a minute which is just fine. You have nothing to worry about. 3.3ft x 3.3ft x 6.6ft= 71 cubic feet grow area.
