sick m3 soil plants

my querkle sprouted feb 20. (20 days old) good growing untill about 7 days ago, little brown spots started showing up on my plants. I was told it might be due to over watering, so I transplanted into new dry soil. noticed two new spots today and became a little curious. I'm currently using M3 soil. no extra nutes. 450wat led light full illumination... i was also using tap water which untill the transplant was at a ph of 8, i just now bought a kit to balance the water out, i also let it sit out over night in a bucket with an air bubbler to get rid of the chlorine.
Can anyone explain what this looks like to you?

hmm the 1st pic looks like its either too much nutes or no nutes at all from the looks of it
the 2nd pic yes the new growth on the nodes are healthy but id say its kinda tiny, idk why your leaves are burnt could be your PH good think you got a ph kit its important it can give you all kind of deficiency like symptoms.. soo im thinkin hopefully that kit you got improves those leaves if it is your PH or like i said above, hope this helps..

doesn't look burnt, but definitely looks like nute solution splashed onto the leaves. i would suggest bumping up the nutes a lil and make sure when you water not to cause a splash while doing so.
